Trunk #5-Beautiful 1880s Dome Top
W/Embossed Pattern, Original Working Lock W/Key, Original Tray
| This elegant dome top has a
lot going for it; beautiful and quite rare Fern embossed pattern with lots
of pretty pine background wood and oak staves on the outside; the original
pine tray inside. Also on the outside are original trim pieces with 1880s
patent dates. The original working lock is still there and a key is
provided. We found it in Liberty, NC. It dates back to the
1880s. Only the leather handles and lining have been replaced. This is a
nice size and beautiful trunk that will fit into just about any decor.
Imagine it at the foot of a bed, in a foyer, in front of a bay window, no
