| Just enough embossed pattern
on this little beauty to make it elegant. This medium-sized round top is
from the 1880s. The embossed pattern is Mesh and Squares and was fairly
popular back in its day but few have survived the years. Note the beautifully-grained oak staves.
The original working lock is still there
with an antique key. A few diminutive rosettes were used on
this one. Inside is the original farm scene art work featuring baby chicks. The interior has been completely restored and relined. This is a
nice size that will fit into just about any decor.
Imagine it in front of your sofa, at the foot of a bed, in a foyer, in front of a bay window, no
